Responsibilities:

Windows workstation deployment which includes: Receipt from previous user or branch, general clean-up, if necessary. Receipt of new laptops from carrier. Unboxing / boxing. Set up on bench. Imaging (for new laptops). Adding to domain / Correcting OU. Software push and configuration. Managing inventory.

Decommissioning if laptop is at end of life per the policy.

Staging of devices and peripherals.
