Support Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in South Warwickshire. 

We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated and well organised individuals to join the team in delivering a comprehensive Stroke Recovery Service across the region.

Position: (phone number removed) Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based, South Warwickshire, including Rugby. However, extensive travel across the region will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings and other work-related meetings)  

Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week

Salary: Circa £17,000 per annum (FTE circa £28,300 per annum)

Contract: Services are contracted and there is currently funding until 31 March 2027.
