Responsible for managing relationships with Long Lead Equipment (LLE) vendors and ensuring smooth aftersales support. Focuses on vendor performance, delivery assurance, and post‑delivery service to support operational and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for LLE vendors. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (projects, operations, engineering) to resolve vendor‑related issues. Facilitate communication between vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Aftersales Support : Manage post‑delivery support, including warranty claims for LLE. Coordinate service requests, maintenance, and critical repairs with vendors and internal teams.
