Develop material plans based on the approved production plan and prepare delivery schedules for all required items.
Organize and execute procurement activities in accordance with established procedures; assign tasks, supervise implementation, and compile periodic procurement reports for the Factory Board of Management and the Group Procurement Division in accordance with regulations, as well as ad hoc reports upon request from the Factory Board of Management.
Directly resolve outstanding issues and obstacles to ensure that materials and raw materials required for refrigeration production are supplied accurately, sufficiently, and on time.
Develop and implement forms, work instructions, and relevant import and export procedures and guidelines for the Supply Department.
