The Facilities and Procurement Officer is a critical role responsible for providing high-level administrative support and facilitating the procurement and logistic concerns of the company. This position is also responsible for the Supply Chain Management and providing accounting and operational support through completeness and accuracy of forms and ensure the availability of stocks.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to source specialized items efficiently and cost-effectively
- Facilitate Requisition, Canvassing, and System order processing for Ella Stocks.
- Negotiate and make deals with new and existing suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers and identifying new vendors as needed
