Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process including procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, vendor relations, and shipment coordination across industrial and associated operations in UAE and GCC region.
Lead procurement strategies across raw materials, packaging, spare parts, capital machinery, repair and maintenance of plant and transport vehicles, and other services.
Manage inventory levels, implement inventory control procedures and minimize waste and obsolescence.
Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, cost negotiations, and ensure alignment with contractual terms, quality standards and delivery schedules.
Coordinate sea, land, and air freight movements of imported items, supervise freight forwarding, customs clearance and documentation requirements.
