Role Purpose

The Supply Chain Lead will own and drive the full operational function including warehouse logistics shipments inventory and customer service ensuring end-to-end supply chain efficiency and service excellence. This role is critical to enabling the companys growth and agility in both local and export markets. The ideal candidate will combine strategic supply chain thinking with hands‑on operational expertise. They will assess build and optimize processes to support scalability and performance ensure system integration with platforms like NetSuite or other ERP tools relevant to operations and foster cross‑functional alignment and a culture of accountability.
