Responsibilities

• Monitor overall ordering accuracy and ensure alignment with company supply chain strategy.


• Coordinate with related teams to gather demand forecasts for ordering and planning when required in special circumstances.


• Send purchase order to all supplier and make sure supplier receive PO already

• Monitor part arrival schedule & collect ETA report from all oversea person in charge and informed to related team


• Feedback Claim & follow replacement /credit note from supplier


• Cooperate with material planning team if they found any issue on forecast, for example, supplier change lead time / MOQ, etc.


• Cooperation with GPSC (Buyer) team for vendor activities, for example vendor change address, request increase price / MOQ, etc.
