WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Coordinating between sales teams, warehouse operators and forwarders in delivery process
Scheduling and arranging book-ins customers and schedule deliveries with respect to customer requirements and forwarder resources
Coordinating and monitoring of the customs clearance process for exports and imports
Tracking and tracing the status of shipments
Conducting and reporting on weekly basis the performance reviews with transport providers
Maintaining and analyzing the supply chain performance by recording non-conformities
Conducting and reporting on weekly performance reviews with transport providers (OTTR performance)
Cooperating with all parties in determining the most effective and efficient logistics solution
Coordinating and processing of return inquiries
Being engaged in process improvement activities
