We are looking for a Supply Chain Intern who will contribute to developing the business of the Company in Spain and Portugal, focused on our Air Conditioner business across Iberia region.
Key responsibilities
- Process the orders from reception to customer invoicing
- Ensure a smooth and effective delivery tracking
- Follow the payment tracking with Finance team
- Resolve disputes related to orders and/or deliveries, manage damaged deliveries and input credit note in the system
- Make a daily update in the common tracking tool
- Maintain close communication with customers
- Develop dashboards and activity monitoring, sales data analysis, and customer reports
- Daily contact with local platforms in Spain and other offices around Europe
Candidate profile
- Currently studying or recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Logistics and International Trade or similar qualifications
