Summary The incumbent is the full alter ego of the Coach performing the duties of that position in the absence of the Coach or sharing those responsibilities on a daily basis. This includes ensuring the continuity of team supervision. This position is the assistant supervisor of one of the teams located within the Veterans Service Center, BEST Division, or Pension Management Center (PMC). Responsibilities Specific duties include, but are not limited to: The Supervisory Veterans Service Representative (Assistant Coach) is an integral part of VSC, BEST, or PMC supervisory team. Performs the duties of the Team Coach in his/her absence and shares in those responsibilities on a daily basis.
