Summary This position is a Branch Manager located in Vetting Operations, Security Threat Assessment Division (STAD), Redress Branch responsible for providing oversight to the day-to-day operations of the Redress Branch. Responsibilities The Supervisory Transportation Security Specialist serves as the Redress Branch Manager and is responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of processes used to determine applicant eligibility to receive transportation security credentials and seek redress in the event of an adverse finding. Duties include: Develops new and revised policy documents, general guidance, security programs, amendments, regulations, and directives, and coordinates all activities related to adjudication/case management for redress, appeals, waivers and administrative law judge reviews.
