Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANICAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT of 20THNAVALCONSTRREG. Responsibilities You will perform budget formulation work involving preparation of detailed analyses of annual and/or multi-year estimates into a consolidated budget request. You will serve an advisor on the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of Naval Construction Force programs and operations including fiscal management. You will justify and negotiate financial resources with major claimants, inter/intra agencies and upper echelon financial managers for resources and policy changes. You will prepare and edit narrative justification for projected funding needs and assure requests are formally and accurately documented in a wide variety of unrelated forms, schedules and reports.
