Summary This Direct-Hire position is in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is located in the Office of Analytical and Regulatory Laboratories (OARL), Tobacco Products Laboratory (TPL) which serves the OARL and its field organization based on Office of the Chief Scientist's (OCS) scientific program needs and capabilities. The Laboratory Director manages all phases of the Tobacco Products Laboratory programs and analyses aimed at effective accomplishment of the Agency consumer protection mission. Responsibilities Provides occupational specific technical and administrative direction 25 percent or more of the time to three or more subordinate employees performing the work and functions of the organization.
