Assist with supervising CDM’s coding team daily operations. This includes working assigned edits & WQs, ensuring quality coding assessments from coding staff and determine the priorities of the dept.’s WQs to avoid delinquent accounts or untimely filing.
Responsibilities Document standard operating policies and procedures for various Trac buckets and WQs that will aid the coders in the quality and consistency of their coding assessments.Serve as an expert resource for the coding staff by performing random quality and productivity reviews and share findings with Director and staff for performance improvement.
