Job Description Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites (hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, nursing homes). Assign tasks to cleaners and ensure work is completed properly and on time. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning methods and safety procedures. Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of workers. Report issues, damages, or manpower problems to management. Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are properly used and maintained. Liaise with clients and site managers when necessary.
Job Requirements Previous experience in cleaning or supervisory role is preferred. Able to lead and manage a team of cleaners. Responsible, proactive, and good communication skills.
