Job Description: Product Development/Lab Tech Manager – LV Switchgear IEC

Job Purpose

A key member of the Product Development team in design, development and validation of LV switchgear, ensuring compliance with IEC 61439 and local UAE authority regulations (for example ADDC).

Key Responsibilities

• Development Leadership for UAE based development projects: Lead a small team including an engineer and technicians, helping to drive the development of new, high-performance, and cost-effective LV switchgear products.
• IEC 61439 Compliance & Design Verification: Oversee design verification, ensuring all assemblies meet IEC 61439 requirements for temperature rise, dielectric strength, and short‑circuit withstand. Where necessary arrange with third‑party labs.
