The Supervisor, Performance Marketing will support the execution and optimization of paid performance campaigns for Disney+ LATAM, contributing to subscriber growth and revenue targets while maintaining efficiency goals.

Supervisor, Performance Marketing will be responsible for:

• Support the planning and execution of paid acquisition campaigns across performance channels (Search, Social, Programmatic/Video, Affiliates, CTV), ensuring alignment with defined strategy, budgets, and pacing guidelines.
• Monitor channel and campaign performance, drive ongoing optimization, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency (CPA), volume, and overall contribution to subscriber growth.
• Contribute to performance analysis and reporting: build analysis, track KPIs, and generate insights to inform decision‑making and optimization priorities.
