**What you’ll need to succeed as a Supervisor, Payroll at XPO**

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
+ 3 years of experience in a large, multi-state, multi-national payroll department
+ Demonstrate advanced understanding of payroll processes, procedures, controls and regulatory compliance requirements
+ Experience with case management applications, (i.e. Service Now)
+ Specialized systems experience pertinent to the team/position (i.e. UKG
+ Experience with Microsoft tools and applications

Preferred qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or a related field
+ MS or MBA
+ In-house payroll experience including garnishment processing

+ Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
