Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure effective stock control through regular monitoring and cycle counts. Lead daily warehouse operations, including manpower deployment, task allocation, and workforce planning. Monitor and manage service level agreement (SLA) performance, productivity, and material flow efficiency. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and process deviations.
