Supervisor of a Manufacturing Plant

A leading company in the red meat industry is looking for a Supervisor of a Manufacturing Plant with manufacturing plant/meat production experience to supervise the end-to-end production process, including filling, drying, packing, wrapping, and labeling of all boerewors/sausage, burgers, meatballs, and pet mince.

Duties & Responsibilities

Production Responsible for boerewors/sausage production process. Develop, review and implement efficient and effective procedures and processes to optimize production. Responsible for the delivery of product according to a set standard, at a reasonable cost and productivity. Stock control management (stock rotation). Ensure product meets all customer requirements, especially but not limited to product appearance, packing, and labeling.
