Position Summary
Provide leadership direction of employees to safely produce the highest possible quality product in the most efficient and cost-effective way. Ensure materials are available as needed and equipment is operating properly and safely. Provide communication between departments to facilitate smooth and orderly flow of material product. Responsible for the supervision of the manufacturing operation to include the personnel, equipment, materials, production process, safety and adherence to ISO/cGMP/QSR requirements specifically but not limited to Manufacturing Procedures.
What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Supervisor

• Directly supervises employees in manufacturing assembly operations and is responsible for fulfilling the pillars of True North (Employee Wellness, Quality, Delivery, Innovation, Profitability).
