About the role

As the Supervisor, you will lead a team of Seasonal Hut Rangers based out of Te Anau, providing direction and hands‑on support to deliver operational priorities across some of our iconic Great Walks — the Kepler, Milford and Routeburn — contributing to meaningful conservation outcomes in one of Aotearoa’s most renowned landscapes. This role is essential to the success of the Te Anau operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the team is well‑supported, coordinated, and set up to deliver effectively through the busy season (October – May).
