**Position Summary:**

Our Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of inside sales professionals who sell clinical laboratory products and services into acute and non-acute markets primarily by using the telephone; but also using email, Internet, and other technology within a defined territory. This role will be responsible for creating a culture to support the mentoring of new team members by existing team members. This role will also drive commercial accountability with the team across all metrics and marketing initiatives. The Inside Sales Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the team has effective customer relationships, develops opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts.
