Monsoon Boutique Stores were launched in 2021, a brand-new concept – a bold new expression of Monsoon, taking us back to our roots and celebrating the joy and colour that is so rich in our heritage.

Last year, we opened 2 brand-new Monsoon Boutique Stores in Gatwick Airport in both the North & South terminals and we are now looking for an exceptional Supervisor to join our team.

This role will be based within Gatwick Airport; therefore, all applicants must be 18+ and able to work varied shifts across airport trading hours (3am-10pm) an additional unsocial hours premium is offered for anyone working shifts between midnight and 6am

Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic background check (CRC) and be able to provide a detailed education/employment history spanning the last 5 years prior to starting their employment.
