Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Pay: $24.11 - $36.17 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:
Supervises daily staff activities for Food Services. Serves as an extension of the manager

Responsibilities:
Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Administers performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.

Ensures staff compliance with regulatory requirements, HACCP guidelines, and departmental policies, including those regarding safe food storage, preparation, kitchen sanitation, and employee safety.
