We are seeking a hands-on Fiberglass / FRP Maintenance Supervisor to lead industrial fiberglass tank and pipe repair work. This role focuses on maintenance, repair, outages, shutdowns, and turnaround projects—not new construction.



The Supervisor will lead field crews, coordinate labor and materials, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on tight production schedules. This role is ideal for someone who understands the urgency of industrial downtime and thrives in fast-paced, service-driven environments.
