Description

Reporting to the Manager, Facilities Maintenance & Engineering, the Operations Supervisor / Chief Engineer is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the hospital’s physical plant, utilities infrastructure, and critical building systems. The role provides leadership and supervision to plant operations and maintenance staff and ensures uninterrupted support to patient care operations while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Responsibilities include oversight of boilers, steam systems, HVAC, chillers, emergency generators, electrical distribution, water treatment systems, building automation systems, and other critical infrastructure.
