**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Supervisor Clinic Practice, you will lead the charge in optimizing health care delivery within our community, ensuring top-tier quality and cost-effectiveness. You'll partner with practice management and directors to streamline operations, enhance patient experience, and boost overall financial performance, driving innovation and fostering a sense of urgency to advance our health system.

Every day you will provide day-to-day operational oversight for one to two physician clinics, covering everything from service expansion and growth to personnel management and community relations.
