**Description**

Summary:

The Catering Supervisor oversees catering and special events for the hospital. They are responsible for the organization, set up, delivery and cleanup of requested catering services. They will provide prompt, attentive and courteous service with an overall goal of providing the highest level of customer service to all. Additionally, they will oversee day-to-day operations of the Food Service Department to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinates all daily and routine responsibilities of the catering functions. Communicate and assign responsibility for specific work or activities to teammates.

2. Serves as a point of contact for the customers by answering questions, assisting with ordering through CaterTrax and potential planning for future service needs.
