Position Overview:

Parsons is now hiring a Supervising Structural Engineer to join our water/wastewater group in the Los Angeles area, having responsible experience in providing structural engineering design and construction support services on wastewater treatment plant facilities in Los Angeles, CA. The Supervising Structural Engineer must be a licensed civil or structural engineer able to provide structural engineering design services at a Client’s office located in Playa Del Rey, CA, adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Skills/Competencies

Proven ability to perform in a supervisory capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required. Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and be able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on projects.
