Overview Reporting to General Superintendent the Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the overall construction process and activities within the established safety, design, budget, and scheduling guidelines. The Site Superintendent would achieve high standard of project delivery and operations excellence through planning and scheduling, organizing, trade management, directing, and controlling activities on the construction site. Depending on project & team size, the Superintendent may be responsible for more than one project within a portfolio.

Ensures that projects are constructed in accordance with plans, specifications, shop drawings, applicable building codes, quality, and OHSA standards.
