Job Description

Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors and enforce schedule milestones. Maintain strict quality control and safety compliance. Interface with project management and developer reps. Drive site execution in line with established SOPs.

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of superintendent or senior field leadership experience. Proven delivery of ground-up residential or complex builds. Strong trade coordination and leadership presence. C...
