Works-in-Progress Associates (WPA) is currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team! This position is in-person, Monday-Friday, 6pm - 2am shift, working at Jacobi Medical Center, 1400 Pelham Pkwy South, Building 1, Bronx, NY 10461 with an anticipated duration of 6-8 months.

Scope of Work
NYC H+H Jacobi Medical Center (JMC) is upgrading the entire fire alarm system throughout Building 1, meeting all code requirements. This includes complete replacement of the existing fire alarm system, removal of fire alarm panels, installation of new fire alarm devices, installing a post fire smoke purge system and pressurization system, installing a new Fire Alarm Command Center (FACC), and Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) upgrades throughout.
