Job Description
Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project specifications are met.Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to reflect current work progress.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to address project needs and resolve challenges.Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and addressing any concerns.Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
