Responsibilities
: - Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals. - Handle inbound customer service and sales calls. - Make outbound calls to rental locations and qualified leads. - Apply supervisor coaching and meet call-quality standards. - Navigate multiple computer programs and troubleshoot basic issues. - Stay responsive through email and Microsoft Teams. - Complete and pass a 4-week paid training program. - Demonstrate strong time management and punctuality. - Other projects and tasks as assigned.
