Exp: 7 to 12 years

Location: Hyderabad, Chennai

Must Have Skills:

1. 6+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Employee Central
2. SAP SuccessFactors Certified Consultant in EC and Onboarding
3. Strong functional knowledge of the system, specifically Employee Central, and Onboarding
4. Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met
5. Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
6. Experience in E2E Testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT)
