Qualifications

• Has a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
• Has two years of building and mechanical maintenance or operations experience
• Has a valid driver's license
• Has the ability to read and follow written directions
• Has the physical ability to perform heavy physical labor
• Has the ability to lift and move objects weighing at least 75 pounds numerous times per day
• Exhibits personal habits in keeping with the assigned responsibilities
• Demonstrates aptitude or competence in general carpentry, electrical and plumbing with work experience in one or more of these areas
• Has demonstrated the ability to communicate and work effectively with staff and area contractors
