Qualifications

• Recognized Marine/Engineering qualification from Maritime college.
• 10+ years of related experience in hydraulics and fluid system maintenance and repair; superior knowledge of BOPs and control systems, riser tensioners, CMC functions, wellhead equipment, and running tools.
• Ability to perform accurate calculations for riser runs and tensioners.
• Valid IWCF Well Control Surface and Subsea, Level 4 certificate and BOSIET CA‑EBS.
• 5+ years of experience working with IFS.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and mentor others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior troubleshooting, decision‑making, and problem‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse groups, recognize conflict, plan and delegate, and think globally.
