Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage a team of 6 in subcontract execution and negotiation.

+ Oversee and actively participate in the management of subcontracts from cradle to grave, including cost and price analysis, proposal management, and subcontractor negotiation.

+ Coordinate closely with internal engineering and program teams as well as major defense subcontractors.

+ Represent the company with major defense primes in negotiations and subcontract management.
