Job Description

The Subcontracts Lead is responsible for the overall life cycle of a subcontract, from the initial sourcing and acquisition strategy development, through the solicitation, negotiation, award, cost and schedule management, subcontractor execution and closeout steps. Subcontracts at the company cover a variety of customer segments including U.S. Federal Government, Commercial, International Governments, International Commercial, and Defense, both domestic and international. The company's Subcontracts is an incredibly diverse landscape of technologies, products and services for development articles, production, technical & professional services requirements. Subcontracts leverages the variety of subcontract types, (i.e. fixed-price, cost reimbursement, time & material, labor hour, etc.) to best manage risk for both company and our customers.
