Job Title: Subcontractor Co-ordinator

Location: HM Naval Base, Portsmouth (HMNBP)

Hours of Work: 37 per week

Salary: £35,000 – £37,000

What You’ll be doing as a Subcontractor Co-ordinator:

• You’ll manage planned and reactive subcontracted maintenance, including overseeing contractors on site and reviewing their RAMS and safe systems of work.
• Handle daily administration and ensure effective delivery of work by both the team and sub-contractors.
• Ensure the requirements are met by our vendors, you’ll be enforcing the use of our company processes, ensuring compliance and statutory requirements are adhered to.
• Management of the delivery of all works to the agreed customer completion dates, whilst ensuring KPI’s and SLAs achievement.
