Job Purpose/Overview

To lead the sub‑regional (multiplex countries/sites) Facilities Service Management (FSM) operations as a new service line within MGS to ensure our strategic IFM transformation reaches its full potential.

To ensure the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) transformation benefits and mature the IFM service line in our business.

Support maximizing the value of our strategic partnerships with regional IFM provider to fully unlock the scale of Mars Inc.

FSM is a new service line within MGS and was just recently implemented in Mars.

In the beginning, one main focus is to co‑create, implement and codify the sub‑regional, country and local FSM processes.
