Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $33.25/hr. Some make a little less, and some make substantially more. It all just depends on how proficient you are, but no one in my company earns less than $20/hr. in total.
