Position Overview

The Student Success Mentor (SSM) serves as the primary mentor facilitator and cohort leader for a group of approximately 2530 scholarship students participating in the Student Program. The SSM is responsible for supporting student engagement attendance participation project-based learning and overall student well-being throughout the program. Acting as a mentor and facilitator the SSM guides students through workshops discussions team activities and a cohort-based mini-project helping them develop the skills confidence and readiness required for a successful transition to university life abroad. The Student Success Mentor plays a critical role in creating a positive supportive and engaging learning environment while fostering leadership collaboration cultural awareness and personal growth among participants.
