The student support and conduct specialist provides leadership and support in the planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of programs and interventions that promote a safe, supportive, and orderly educational environment for middle and high school students. The position supports school administration in matters related to student behavior, attendance, wellness, supervision, crisis response, and school safety initiatives.
The student support and conduct specialist works collaboratively with administrators, teachers, counselors, families, community agencies, and students to implement proactive behavioral interventions and student support systems aligned with district policies and applicable federal and New Hampshire laws and regulations, including Safe School Zones, Drug-Free School Zones, child protection requirements, attendance regulations, bullying prevention, and school safety procedures.
