We are seeking a permanent, part time (0.5 FTE) Student Success Navigator who will play a key role in supporting Te Ara o Takitimu / Youth Guarantee students to successfully navigate their study journey. Working closely with Te Pae Hono, academic staff, and external support services, this role provides pastoral care, monitors student progress, and ensures learners are connected to the right support to achieve their goals.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $60,000 and $63,000, dependent on skills and experience.

The Student Success Navigator is based in Student Support Services at Taradale Campus, reporting to the Pouārahi ākonga – Student Support Services Manager and will be responsible for:
