+ Initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with employers.
+ Conduct outreach, presentations, and informational meetings to understand employer needs and promote KU program offerings.
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for employer HR, talent development, and leadership teams.
+ Plan and coordinate employer‑specific events such as virtual or on-site events.
+ Collaborate with academic units to collect data that support program alignment and employer‑specific needs.
+ Travel to career fairs, networking events, or HR fairs may be required.
