Student Psychological Counselor (HEA) -Counseling Center
**POSITION DETAILS**
The Student Psychological Counselor/Associate Director serves as a senior member of the Center’s professional staff, functioning primarily as a provider of direct clinical services while assisting the Director with clinical and administrative oversight, strategic planning, professional development, and outreach initiatives. This position reports directly to the Director. Evening hours are required.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
+ Providing individual and group psychological counseling services.
+ Conducting intake assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning.
+ Managing crisis intervention and risk assessment cases.
+ Coordinating care, referrals, advocacy, and follow-up services.
+ Developing and implementing outreach and engagement initiatives.
+ Delivering presentations and workshops.
+ Providing consultation to faculty, staff, and campus partners.
