Job Overview
This is a full‑time, permanent role (35 hours per week) with the Strategy, Planning & Performance team as an Insight Lead for Student Experience & Success. The position requires connecting data, lived experience, and institutional strategy to improve student life.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across student experience and success priorities to support strategic initiatives including education strategy, Teaching Excellence Framework, Access & Participation Plan, student surveys (NSS) and wider institutional evaluation activity.
- Bring together quantitative analysis, qualitative insight and sector intelligence to produce a clear picture of the student journey and identify improvement opportunities.
- Report and communicate findings to colleagues across the University, helping them use evidence confidently and intelligently.
